Akuntabel.id, WONOGIRI – Kasus tabrak lari yang melibatkan pejalan kaki dan truk boks memasuki tahap dua. Pada peristiwa ini, pejalan kaki tersebut tewas di lokasi kejadian, yakni di Jalan Raya Nguntoronadi – Baturetno, tepatnya di Krapyak RT 03 RW 04 Desa Bulurejo, Kecamatan Nguntoronadi pada 25 Mei lalu sekitar pukul 19.28 WIB.
“Tanggal 05 Juli 2023, tersangka Riky Faizal Abidin bin Larmin telah dikeluarkan dari tempat penahanannya dari Rutan Polres Wonogiri dan selanjutnya dikirim atau dilimpahkan Tahap II ke Kejaksaan Negeri Wonogiri,” ucap Kasatlantas Polres Wonogiri, AKP Maryono, melalui Kasi Humas AKP Anom Prabowo, Rabu (5/7/2023).
Dalam pelimpahan tahap dua ini, sejumlah barang bukti juga diserahkan. Yakni pecahan atau serpihan lampu sein kiri depan Kbm tak dikenal dengan nomor seri A E2 997 yang ditemukan di TKP, satu unit Kbm Mistsubishi Colt L300 tanpa nopol, satu lembar STCK (Surat Tanda Coba kendaraan Bermotor) Kbm Mistsubishi Colt L300 dengan nopol AD 1820 XX, No. STCK 6918232, dengan Nama penanggung jawab Jefry Hosea nama badan usaha PT Seneng Untuk Berbagi, satu buah plat nomor dengan nopol AD 8865 EG, satu lembar STNK Kbm Mitsubishi Colt T SS nopol AD 8865 EG, No. Ka MK2U5TU2EHK004897, No. Sin 4G15R88868.
Kemudian satu lembar SIM BI atas nama Riky Faizal A dengan No SIM 1447-9905-000185, satu buah dudukan lampu sein depan kiri dengan kondisi Rusak dari Kbm Mistsubishi Colt L300 tanpa Nomor Polisi, dan satu buah lampu sein kanan dalam kondisi baru dan belum terpasang.
Diketahui, korban tabrak lari itu adalah Nugroho Biantoro (39) warga Desa Bulurejo Kecamatan Nguntoronadi. Polisi berhasil menangkap pemuda berusia 24 tahun tersebut pada tanggal 27 Mei 2023.
Pengungkapan kasus ini berkat informasi dari masyarakat dan bukti seperti pecahan lampu sein kiri bagian depan kendaraan dan juga rekaman CCTV di sekitar lokasi.
Kecelakaan itu bermula saat kendaraan mitsubishi colt L300 yang dikendarai oleh Riky berjalan dari arah rimur (Baturetno) menuju barat (Nguntoronadi). Saat itu, kondisi jalan lurus dan gelap. Di samping kiri, korban yang berjalan di kiri jalan bermaksud untuk menyebrang jalan.
Dikarenakan jarak yang sudah dekat, kecelakaan tak terhindari. Namun, Riky terus tancap gas ke arah barat (Nguntoronadi). Korban meninggal dunia di TKP.
