Akuntabel.id, SOLO – Majelis Wali Amanat (MWA) Universitas Sebelas Maret (UNS) Surakarta telah menetapkan lima Bakal Calon Rektor Masa Jabatan 2024-2029 melalui Rapat Pleno MWA pada Selasa (25/6/2024) sore. Penetapan ini setelah MWA UNS menerima sesuai dengan penyerahan yang disampaikan oleh Panitia Pemilihan Rektor (PPR) berupa laporan hasil penjaringan Bakal Calon Rektor yang dengan dilampiri berita acara penjaringan Bakal Calon Rektor.
Dalam laporan hasil penjaringan tersebut, PPR menyampaikan bahwa selama masa pendaftaran berlangsung yang dimulai tanggal 2 – 28 Mei 2024, PPR menerima sebanyak enam Pendaftar Bakal Calon Rektor. PPR tidak melakukan perpanjangan pendaftaran dikarenakan jumlah Pendaftar Bakal Calon Rektor sudah memenuhi jumlah minimal Pendaftar Bakal Calon Rektor sebagaimana tercantum dalam Pasal 13 ayat (2) Peraturan MWA Nomor 1 Tahun 2024 tentang Tata Cara Pemilihan Rektor dan Pasal 13 ayat (2) Peraturan MWA Nomor 4 tahun 2024 tentang Tata Tertib Pemilihan Rektor Masa Jabatan 2024-2029, sehingga PPR langsung melakukan verifikasi keabsahan dokumen administrasi persyaratan Bakal Calon Rektor secara faktual.
Ketua MWA UNS, Prof. Muliaman Darmansyah Hadad, Ph.D. mengatakan, kelima Bakal Calon Rektor tersebut sesuai abjad, yaitu Prof. Dr. Ir. Cucuk Nur Rosyidi, S.T., M.T. (Fakultas Teknik UNS); Prof. Dr. Fitria Rahmawati, S.Si., M.Si. (Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam UNS); Prof. Dr. Hartono, dr., M.Si. (Fakultas Kedokteran UNS); Prof. Dr. E. Muhtar, S.Pd., M.Si., CFrA. (Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan UNS); Prof. Warsito, S.Si., DEA., Ph.D. (Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Lampung – Kementerian Koordinator Bidang Pembangunan Manusia dan Kebudayaan).
Dengan telah ditetapkannya Bakal Calon Rektor, maka selanjutnya langsung memasuki Tahapan Penyaringan Calon Rektor. Pada hari ini sampai dengan tanggal 2 Juli 2024, tahapan masukan warga kampus UNS terhadap Bakal Calon Rektor mulai dilaksanakan.
“Seluruh warga kampus UNS diharapkan berperan aktif dalam tahapan ini untuk menilai Bakal Calon Rektor yang meliputi aspek integritas, kepemimpinan, kompetensi manajerial, dan kompetensi sosial kultural. Masukan warga kampus UNS sesuai dengan Peraturan MWA Nomor 4 tahun 2024 tentang Tata Tertib Pemilihan Rektor Masa Jabatan 2024-2029 bersifat Rahasia,” terang Prof. Muliaman dalam konferensi pers di hadapan media di Ruang Sidang 2 Gedung dr. Prakosa UNS, Selasa (25/6/2024).
Penilaian dapat dilakukan melalui laman uns.ac.id dan mwa.uns.ac.id atau dapat dilakukan secara tertulis (non elektronik) dengan mengisi formulir yang disediakan oleh Sekretariat PPR yang berada di Ruang MWA, Gedung dr. Prakosa Lantai 1.
Selain menerima masukan warga kampus UNS, pada tanggal 2 Juli 2024 akan dilaksanakan Reviu oleh Panelis atas paparan dan pendalaman kertas kerja Bakal Calon Rektor dalam Forum Uji Publik Bakal Calon Rektor dan akan disiarkan secara langsung melalui kanal Youtube UNS agar seluruh warga kampus UNS ikut menyaksikan acara tersebut.
Tahapan Penyaringan Calon Rektor diakhiri dengan Rapat Pleno MWA dalam rangka pemilihan Calon Rektor yang akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 9 Juli 2024. Dalam Rapat Pleno MWA tersebut seluruh anggota MWA akan menetapkan 3 Calon Rektor dari 5 Bakal Calon Rektor.
Setelah 3 Calon Rektor ditetapkan, tahap selanjutnya yaitu tahapan pemilihan Rektor sekaligus tahapan penetapan Rektor. MWA akan melaksanakan Rapat Pleno MWA pada tanggal 18 Juli 2024 dengan mengundang 3 Calon Rektor untuk memaparkan visi, misi, dan program kerjanya, sekaligus MWA akan melakukan pendalaman melalui tanya jawab terkait paparan Calon Rektor tersebut. Rapat Pleno MWA diakhiri dengan menetapkan Rektor Terpilih dari 3 Calon Rektor.
