Sukoharjo – Selama 13 hari kedepan, Polres Sukoharjo akan menggelar Operasi Ketupat Candi 2024. Pagelaran operasi ditandai dengan dilaksanakannya Apel Gelar Pasukan di halaman Mapolres Sukoharjo, Kamis (4/4/2024).
Dalam pelaksanaan Apel Gelar Pasukan tersebut, Bupati Sukoharjo Etik Suryani, bertugas sebagai pimpinan apel didampingi Kapolres Sukoharjo AKBP Sigit, dan Dandim 0726/Sukoharjo Letkol Czi. Slamet Riyadi.
Operasi Ketupat Candi 2024 sendiri digelar dalam rangka pengamanan Hari raya Idul Fitri 1445 H, serta memperlancar arus mudik dan arus balik lebaran 2024.
Kapolres Sukoharjo mengatakan, dalam Operasi Ketupat Candi 2024 ini, Polres Sukoharjo mendirikan tiga Pospam yang berlokasi di Simpang 5 Sukoharjo, Bundaran Pandawa Solo Baru, dan Terminal Lama Kartasura. Selain itu, Polres Sukoharjo juga mendirikan satu Pos Sinergitas TNI Polri yang berlokasi didepan Pasar Ir. Soekarno Kabupaten Sukoharjo.
Kapolres menambahkan, dalam Operasi Ketupat Candi 2024 ini, Polres Sukoharjo menerjunkan 879 personel yang terdiri dari anggota TNI dan Polri. Selain dari TNI Polri, pengamanan juga dibantu oleh stake holder terkait lainnya.
“Kami juga mengimbau kepada para pemudik untuk berhati-hati dalam berkendara satu sama lain, dan jangan lupa berdoa sebelum bepergian,” tandasnya.
