Boyolali – Suasana kebersamaan dan kesadaran terhadap Harkamtibmas terlihat jelas saat siswa-siswi SMAN 1 Ngemplak sepakat untuk secara sukarela menyerahkan knalpot brong yang sebelumnya terpasang di sepeda motor mereka. Tindakan ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap Pemeliharaan Keamanan dan Ketertiban Masyarakat di Kabupaten Boyolali. Penyerahan dilaksanakan pasca Upacara Bendera di halaman SMA N 1 Ngemplak Boyolali, Senin (22/01/2024), pagi.
Dalam upacara tersebut, Kasubag Dalpers Bag SDM Polres Boyolali, IPTU Andy Setiawan, SH., bertindak sebagai petugas inspektur upacara, dengan partisipasi sebanyak 1.160 siswa-siswi.
Hadir dalam kegiatan tersebut, Kepala Sekolah SMA N 1 Ngemplak Bapak Maryadi, PS. Kapolsek Ngemplak IPTU Widarto, Kanit Binmas Polsek Ngemplak Aiptu Helmi A.S, Bhabinkamtibmas Polsek Ngemplak Bripka Ariyanto Wibowo, serta guru dan karyawan SMA N 1 Ngemplak.
Dalam amanatnya, IPTU Andy Setiawan sebagai pembina upacara, menyampaikan pesan dan himbauan terkait Harkamtibmas. Beliau mengingatkan tentang dasar hukum lalu lintas angkutan jalan raya, dengan merujuk pada UU No. 22 Tahun 2009 dan UU Kementerian Hidup No.56 Tahun 1999. Selain itu, beliau menyoroti maklumat Kapolda Jateng yang melarang penggunaan knalpot tidak sesuai spesifikasi.
IPTU Andy Setiawan juga memberikan informasi bahwa penerimaan BA Polri tahun 2024 akan dimulai pada bulan Maret 2024. Proses pendaftaran dapat dilakukan secara gratis melalui situs resmi penerimaan Polri: penerimaanpolri.go.id. Selain itu, edukasi mengenai larangan penggunaan knalpot brong turut disampaikan.
Kepala Sekolah SMA N 1 Ngemplak, Bp. Maryadi, menyampaikan rasa terima kasih atas kehadiran kepolisian dan berbagai informasi serta pembinaan yang telah diberikan. Ia menyatakan dukungan terhadap program kepolisian terkait Pencegahan Kenakalan Pelajar dan larangan penggunaan knalpot brong.
Setelah selesai upacara, dilakukan penyerahan knalpot brong oleh siswa kepada Polsek Ngemplak di bawah pimpinan Kapolsek IPTU Widarto. Tindakan ini menjadi bukti kesepakatan dan komitmen bersama siswa-siswi untuk mendukung penegakan aturan dan ketertiban di masyarakat.
Kapolsek Ngemplak saat diknfirmasi menyatakan, “Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah positif dalam menciptakan Harkamtibmas di wilayah Ngemplak khususnya dan Boyolali pada umumnya”, hal ini merupakan satu upaya dalam cooling system menjelang pemilu yang akan berlangsung bulan depan,” tutup Kapolsek.
