Kapolri Bentuk Satgas Gabungan Awasi Produksi dan Distribusi Selama 24 Jam: Pastikan Stok Minyak Curah Tersedia

Jakarta – Kapolri Jenderal Listyo Sigit Prabowo dan Menteri Perindustrian (Menperin) Agus Gumiwang Kartasasmita menggelar rapat evaluasi terkait ketersediaan dan stabilitas harga minyak goreng, di Gedung Mabes Polri, Jakarta Selatan, Senin (4/4/2022).

Dari hasil pertemuan tersebut, Sigit memaparkan bahwa, Polri dan Kemenperin sepakat untuk membentuk satgas gabungan untuk melakukan pengawasan dan pemantauan di pihak produsen, distributor tingkat I hingga IV serta tingkat pengecer selama 24 jam penuh.

“Oleh karena itu untuk memastikan ketersediaan di pasar betul-betul ada, kami bersama pak Menperin membentuk satgas gabungan. Dimana satgas gabungan ini kita tempatkan mulai di level pusat para produsen dan di kantor pusat juga ditempatkan personel dari kepolisian dan Kemenperin. Khususnya di beberapa produsen besar melekat selama 24 jam. Untuk mengawasi proses produksi,” kata Sigit dalam konferensi pers usai melakukan evaluasi bersama Menperin di Gedung Mabes Polri.

Dengan adanya pengawalan melekat selama 24 jam penuh itu, Sigit berharap, minyak goreng khususnya jenis curah dapat terjamin ketersediaannya guna memenuhi kebutuhan dari masyarakat. Serta, harga penjualannya pun sesuai dengan kebijakan Harga Eceran Tertinggi (HET) yang ditetapkan oleh Pemerintah.

“Karena memang ada kekhawatiran, keragu-raguan terkait dengan penggantian. Dan itu sudah ditegaskan bahwa, semuanya yang sudah diikat dengan kontrak badan sawit pasti akan diberikan subsidi. Karena itu tugas dari produsen adalah bagaimana kemudian memastikan produksinya sesuai dengan kontrak yang telah ditetapkan. Kalau ini bisa berjalan 50 persen saja, seharusnya di pasar terpenuhi,” ujar Sigit.

Oleh karena itu, Sigit menekankan, pengawasan dan pemantauan melekat selama 24 jam, pihak Polri akan mengerahkan personel dari Satgas Pangan tingkat pusat, daerah, intelijen hingga Bhabinkamtibmas untuk melakukan pengecekan ketersediaan dan stabilitas harga minyak goreng curah di pasaran.

“Di level distributor baik distributor tingkat I sampai tingkat IV, hingga pengecer akan kita turunkan personel dari Satgas Pusat, daerah, rekan-rekan intelijen, Bhabinkamtibmas untuk turun mengecek di pasar. Sehingga rangkaian proses, mulai dari produsen, distributor sampai dengan pasar betul-betul bisa kita awasi dengan baik,” ucap eks Kabareskrim Polri itu.

Segala upaya dan komitmen tersebut, kata Sigit untuk menghindari adanya segelintir permasalahan terkait minyak goreng yang dari hasil evaluasi masih ditemukan. Karena itu, menurut Sigit, langkah tersebut diambil untuk menghindari segala bentuk gangguan terkait masalah ketersediaan maupun harga penjualan minyak curah di pasaran.

Lebih dalam, Sigit menegaskan, pihak Kepolisian akan melakukan tindakan tegas kepada seluruh pihak yang mencoba memanfaatkan keadaan dengan melakukan tindakan curang serta melanggar aturan hukum.

Menurut Sigit, dari hasil evaluasi yang disampaikan Kemenperin, ditemukan adanya modus pengemasan ulang, munculnya jenis atau merk baru yang selama ini tidak ada di pasar, memenuhi kebutuhan minyak curah untuk industri, hingga memalsukan dokumen demi mendapatkan jatah subsidi.

“Pemerintah sudah mengambil kebijakan, memberikan subsidi, memberikan BLT. Dan saya minta pelaku usaha juga melaksanakan kewajiban dengan baik, sehingga kebutuhan masyarakat khususnya menghadapi bulan Ramadan, dimana aktivitas dan kebutuhan untuk minyak meningkat betul-betul tersedia,” tutur Sigit.

Tak hanya minyak goreng curah, Sigit mengungkapkan bahwa, pihak kepolisian juga melakukan pemantauan soal ketersediaan dan stabilitas harga terkait sembako dan kebutuhan masyarakat lainnya.

“Kedepan juga ada beberapa hal yang akan kami kerjakan. Saat ini sedang kita rapatkan terkait kebutuhan sembako yang lain termasuk juga BBM yang saat ini mulai ada fluktuasi terkait harga dan ketersediaan dilapangan,” tutup Sigit.
